We are excited to report that Erin got her cast on Thursday, June 3! This was our third visit back to the orthopedic clinic and the doctor deemed the bones worthy of a cast. The original plan was to have a long-arm cast and a few weeks later transition into a short-arm cast, but it seems she won't need two after all. Once the cast was on, she immediately wanted to go to B&A so that her friends and counselors could sign.
Erin is excited that her last day of school, as a first-grader, is June 11. Then, we have some summer fun planned! We are very excited about seeing some friends and family when we venture to the beach and travel to some castles in Europe this summer.

Well it looks like she's feeling better. And look at all those signatures, what a popular little kid :) Hope you have lots of summer fun...please keep blogging so we can see all that you're up to this summer!
